I wasn’t really sure if I was even going to do anything for Pi Day this year. I’ve been pretty won over by The Tau Manifesto which argues that Pi is stupid and the best circle-y constant is circumference divided by radius. I don’t believe in Pi anymore.
But it’s kind of like Christmas. You just need to like presents and family and magical fat dudes to celebrate. You don’t have to believe anything.
And I still like circles and math and symbols, so happy Pi Day to you, believers and nonbelievers alike.
